If they wanted to ask me questions you think they would cuff me and throw me in the car? WTF

They could have just let me stand by them for a while not make me wait an hour and half cuffed in a car.

They could have suspected you were him, which they did. Making them more cautious, and if they had a higher person telling them to do this, they would have to follow it.

In MY perspective.
I thinkk the cops had nothing to do and had got the call.
And saw youu and suspected it was you.
Therefore,they cuffed you and put you in the backseat.
But then again thats what i thiink. 8)
