Well. I know that there is some guys n girls here that do I.T. Im intrested on what qualifications you have, and what courses you done, doing or going to do in the future.

Ill start. Well im currently doing DiDA (Diploma in Digital Application) at High School which I should be finished with that in 2-3 months.

Then im going on to college to do the Btec First Diploma for IT Practitioners which gives me a level 2 qualification in computing techniques. During that course I do an IT Essentials Unit, which is linked to Cisco and CompTIA Certification. This course is for 1 year, and I do 6 Units. I will do the microsoft certification after this too.

After that year, im going to be doing Btec National Diploma IT practitioners, IT and Business or Software Development. This is for 2 years. I do 18 out of 32 choices to finish the course to get the qualification. There are 4 groups to pick what sub-courses I want to do which are. Software Development Core units, Specialist units, IT and Business Core units and Specialist units (again)

I might stay another year after them above, and do the IT Systems Support, City and Guilds Advanced Diploma for ICT practitioners level 3.

Then I might go on to University for more qualifications.

So I should fully ready to work by the time im 20ish, thats without going to University.

With these grades, I could pretty much do anything to do with IT and business or software development or technical support, or setting up my own IT business (which I highly doubt would happen)

So, what are you guys doing? and what qualifications do you have? :)

Soz for any spelling mistakes or grammar mistakes.

Took Information system and got an office certification (lawl). I'm currently taking Network Administration and hopping to get at least 3 certification (2 licenses). After Network administration I'm taking network administration 2 (lawl) and getting more certifications. I'm also going to take an online course for cisco. I don't know if Ill get a certification for cisco though. After I graduate I may be going to NOVA and then transfered some of my credits to Virginia Tech (If I don't get shot first). That may be one of the things I do after high school.

Currently am taking Network Administration w/ Carlos. Our school has a 100% pass rate for getting at least your MCP, and from there it's your choice if you want to test for your MCDST (which I will be doing).

In the summer, I will be testing for my CompTIA Linux + Certification through CompTIA Level II Course (already did course one, which was 30 hours of Saturday class; 5 classes, 6 hours each).

Next School year, I'm already registered to take Network Administration II which is a whole `nother year to test for more Microsoft Certifications (MCSA, MCE, etc.) and Cisco Courses to test for my CCNA.

Over the spring/summer, I have a Internship coming up with SAIC (Science Applications International Corporation), which is pretty decent money for a high school student (At minimal, $16/hr - grateful that my cousin is a Senior analyst or something another that's been with them for 10 years now). But this is all probable; I say probably because it's not that I won't think I may get the job, it's that I won't think they'll pay me enough. If not, I would gladly work for my Counties Department of Education, who accept IT interns - if they meet their qualifications.

From there, probably going out of state to another University to study God knows what yet, probably Networking Engineering or Systems Analyzing, etc. etc. etc.
