its bullshit. this is a bad thing, because now this provides precedence on other cases. ("Your honor, blahblahblah MN trial stated that blahblahblah is wrong, therefore, if you dont go along with me here. then you have to say that X Judge in MN is wrong.") (which doesnt happen often) so. yeah, bad thing. they are going to start taking alot more to trial. very bad thing. |
