Well I was on my way to a party last night with an ice chest full of beer in my trunk. As I was driving, a dog ran out in front of me and I swerved (cant spell stfu) and ran over the curb and knocked the wheel off the front passenger side... As people stopping to see what happened I remembered I had been smoking alllll day and had more on me. So I pulled away as fast as I can with my wheel barely hanging on while turning around the corner. As im going into this small development I called my aunt who is the coolest person ever and she took care of everything... I still have to explain everything to my parents though, she took care of the tow truck, the weed and the beer. I was SMOKING and driving. Not drinking and driving. Smoking isn’t that bad while driving. |: |

That was painful to read and I still don't understand what the fuck happened to you. and for future reference re-read what you write because it totally looks like a 11 year old wrote this. + your browser should have a spell check in it Thank you and have a good day

i wouldn't think so, my drivers ed teacher said if a cop wants to get technical, they can pull you over for having an UN-OPENED can of beer or alcohol container next to you and say ur drinking and driving |

They can give you a sobriety test if they suspect anything.. so that doesnt really matter. Pretty sure I can get away with it being in my trunk and just saying it's my parents, if the police called my parents they would just say it was theirs and deal with me when I got home. |

Jus look at it this way. its ur front tire and possibly a bend on the end of ur axle. Jus be happy the front of u car didnt fall off and your trunk isnt smashed closed.
