Actually don't.
The easiest and safest way is to visit gameshops and buy there.
Atleast here in Sweden gameshops sell CD-keys.
I don't know if they do that over there but it doesn't hurt asking.

Trying to buy CD keys for L4D and the orange box. Steampowered.com seems a bit ridiculous in terms of prices, so I'm looking for something cheaper. I found a bunch of CD key selling sites, but they look pretty sketchy. If anyone knows of a good one, let me know, otherwise I'll just buy the games in a box version. Thanks... |

It is, but most sites that sell CD keys get them from stolen Steam accounts and I'm not trying to get banned...so :P |

Go to ebay?? or maybe if i can find the webiste i saved in the depths of my computer that had l4d for 29.99$ and other games that are like 40 bucks for 19.99$. I'l edit the post if i find it |

How did i get my cd-key mite you ask? I went into target with my phone, it was on the outside of the box, and i copied the digits on my phone. Pretend like your txting someone and shopping for games..  This was way back when i was playing 1.3-1.6
