i do p90x everyday im on my 6 months and im tone as hell lol, but now im trying to get bigger and bulk, but now i modified it so i do upper body and plyometrics once during the whole week

p90x is only a 90 day program. I'm not sure if you should start from the beginning again or what.

I do leg raises at the moment. I also work on going down and up my stairs as quickly as possible without letting my knee wobble and cause me to collapse.

before that though, i had started a soccer team, and was leading them to the club CHAMPIONSHIP BABY!....

now, without a solid keeper(me), we will get spanked. :/
