Hope this helps a little....

For abs you'll have to diet/cardio in time they'll come. of course just do some normal ab exercies but the key is eating right and doing cardio.

I go to the gym 4-5 times a week.

I do triceps and biceps one day.
Legs and back the other.
I do pecs and abs the last day.

Always have the same routine. I try to change it every 2 months. I never really tried to gain weight but it came naturally.

My weight was 120 when I started. Now 155. I could take creatine and weigh 190 but no point in doing so.

Anaerobic exercise is what you need. Fast paced sprints and weightlifting is what I recommend. You need to find your max weight lift on certain lifts for your arms e.g., curls, skullcrushers, wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, lateral raises, Arnold press, and so on. After you find the max start lifting 75% of your max. like 8 to 12 repetitions for 3 sets.
Same goes for Abs, do weighted situps.

The object for gaining mass is heavy weight and low repetitions. Just remember no pain, no gain. Pain usually is your body telling you that you've damaged muscles and need to take it easy. This is how muscle gains are made though. It might be beneficial to invest in Cell mass or Whey Protein, the reason being is that it helps repair muscles; You're a kind hearted growing boy though so you might wanna read the labels before you buy anything to make sure it's okay to take with your age.

Few things to remember, don't neglect your entire arm. The bicep is not the only muscle in your arm, hit em all. Also you might look funny with only killer abs and arms, so you should definitely workout your chest and back to even it out. There is good exercise info online on Google as well, just Google things like Arm workouts, shoulder workouts, lower arm workouts, back exercises, chest workouts, pretty much like that.

It's good advice dude. Trust me I've been around knuckleheads who do this crap day in and day out for over 3 years and I make around 245 on pt tests out of 300. I can't say I'm big or anything like that. I'm just a whopping 164 pounds, but I'll tell you what, I can damn out run anyone who tries to pick a fight with me. That's how I roll son!

My routine only lasts like 20 mins lol, but I have lost 75 pounds so far, and put on some muscle so it works.

I do 15 bar reps, 30 curls, 30 crunchs, 30 more curls, 30 more crunchs, 20 push ups, and then pull ups till I'm tired (but thats usually 2... lol).

What about you?

what are bar reps?, how long did it take u to lose 75 pounds? how much times a week? lol

You have a bar bell with weight on each end, push it up then slowly bring it down?
I have no idea how long it took to lose it....
I try to workout every night.

My new workout is the Ab-Ripper X, 30 reps each exercise. Then 20bar reps, then 40mins of weighted jump rope, with doing random exercise inbetween songs like pullups, or squats.

Here is a good one and pretty cheap to do. Swim across the Atlantic Ocean. When you get to the other side you'll be ripped as hell.

* If not challenging enough, swim across the Pacific Ocean. although I got to warn you against those Japanese whalers.

What about doing 6 inches for about 2 hours or so w/out stopping... sit on ur back and lift your legs up 6 inches off the floor.. hold them up and if you want open ur legs wide, close them back up, and all...
