Eating makes you feel good, right? Well, if you just eat while you are thinking about a serious subject then you well just lie to yourself.

Serious Topic = stress = eating more.

That's why I'm trying not to eat such filler foods, but eat something that actually gives me energy.

and gigi i disagree, some of my most in depth and thoughtful discussions with people are over lunch or dinner. i dont think eating has enough of an impact to alter my state of mind when talking about something serious.
