I judge youuuuuu!

Okay but seriously, don't get cheated dude. If they give you bs jobs don't take it. They might offer more after you say I don't want any of those. See if you can't squeeze as much money into a sign-on bonus as possible. Also make sure that's a branch you want to go into. The Navy and the Airforce offer better jobs as far as teaching you skills for when you get out. Take me for example. I deployed, now I can't switch over to the "blue" because I'm a murderous heathen; I'm stuck being a grunt.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. They use "that" tactic. All I'm saying is consider your options wisely. After you sign the paper and say the oath you've become property.

In the Army they are. When I was stationed at Stewart we'd have division runs, this includes all battalions that fell under a division. Usually there's a lot of people that come and watch the runs (I don't know why) and everytime we ran by anyone they would booo us. I guess it's mainly because we can be dickheads at times. It's fun being a dick though, because you know once you place that MP patch on your uniform your authority is a direct representation of the commander of the installation you work on. In other words where I'm at the commander is a Colonel, so if I tell a Lt. Col to give me his id and he doesn't do it, not only will I embarrass the shit out of him I will also charge him under ART. 92 failure to disobey a lawful order. Yep it gets my panties wet, haha.
