So, I know this was brought up about this time last year, but wondering what peoples exercise routines are nowadays?

I train with ex and currently serving British Army PTI's, along with cycling. :P

Yours?

2 Hrs at the gym 3 days a week.

Mon: (upper)Back and Biceps
Tues: Chest and triceps
Thurs: Shoulders, Legs, Core (abs, sides, back).

Each day has at 6-10 different work outs, 3 sets each. Each week we rotate what we do on those workouts.

I bike. Right now it's cold as balls and snowy so I'm in the off season and it's an hour a day every day on some POS stationary bike, when March rolls around I'll be back on the bike, and depending on school it's 15-50 miles a day, more time I have longer I go. Once summer comes I might start lifting again.

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays - Two - five mile run and sprints. Sometimes forced Ruck marches.
Tuesdays, and Thursdays - Variation of core exercises e.g. push ups, sit ups and stuff like that. Then there's the battle oriented crap. Stuff like sprints with wearing full battle rattle, carrying other people wearing the same.
