So I sold my 2003 jetta, and decided to buy a 2001 VW Jetta.

It only has 165km on it, just being broken in.

So point of this post is to keep ppl updated on my project to make this piece of shit a lot sexier.

I will upload photo's of the car as is tmrw when its bright out for me to take pics.

but today, I spent a while cleaning up the headlights getting rid of the oxidization shit.

Before:

after:

I used a 30$ kit, sanded the plastic with 4 types of sand paper, followed by, a compound, then wax. Looks so fucking sexy now.

subs

Finally got my subs in

150amp fuse, 0 gauge wire, overkill.

amp - Exile Shift 550rms

Image
dual MTX Thunder tc510 subs - pound hard - also have facing into car, so it's louder in the car when seats down, then outside =p

Image
my deck didn't have a remote wire connection, so put it on the ignition fuse =p next best thing, also when I get pulled over by cops, turn off the car/kill the engine, the subs turn off but the radio stays on ;). "no officer I don't have anysubs"
