Ok I got bored so I thought Id make a nice little tut.
First, what you'll need:
CZ
Fraps (Need the link to a dl please)
and an editor like Movie maker 2 (

-Ok first you need to record a demo of your self in CZ.
To do this you need to go into your console (~) and type: record pwnage
The name can be anything you want it doesn't have to be "pwnage".
-After you've recorded your demo and want to make it into a movie file you need to load up your fraps (or other recorder, fraps makes .avi files which are the best quality Ive seen) and find the record tab on there. You can change the settings if you want but I believe the default is F9 to record.
-When your demo is done find where the video was saved to and open your Windows movie maker 2. (If you dont want to edit ignore this, but it will have you dieing, buying, and all the boring crap from your demo with no effects). You're going to click and drag your .avi file into the main window on MM2. This will take a while to fully add into MM2.
-When it does, what I do is go through and delete the death, and all the crap no one wants to see. I take all the clips I like and save them to a folder on my desk top. You can open another video you recorded and add to it or end here.
*Effects* Im not the best in this area because Im still learning myself how to do all of the things MM2 offers but some things I do know how to do are:
Music or audio: To do this go to View on the top tool bar, and make sure Task Pane is checked. A window to your left should appear and under 1. Capture Video sould be a link to Import Audio. A navigation window will pop up, search for the audio file and click Import. The file should show up iin the main window, click and drag it down to the time line at the bottom to edit it or have it start when you want and end when you want.
Next (and last, told you Im still learning) is how to make your own text or pictures and effects in the video: first make sure that the Task window is open, then look under 2. Edit Movie: and there are effects, transitions, and titles\credits (text).
