godaddy.com is really cheap with tons of space.

I use gate.com, because they give me like 10x the database storage compared to godaddy, but godaddy gives more standard space.

I got lunarpages.com web hosting recently. They are AWESOME. For about $10 I got a dedicated IP for 2.50 a month, 3500 gb transfer, 350 gb space. 999 emails and databases and a control panel and ftp accounts. < And thats just the basic plan.
