Yea I think he is from Brazil and doesn't speak English since last time I tried to talk to him he didn't reply at all. I could be wrong though.

I've played with him on a surf map in the XXL PROS server. He's really annoying every time i played with him. I saw him first time playing in the pub yesterday.

^ He always camps and spawn kills on surf_ski-remake. Also he has such an attitude if you ask him politely to stop. He thinks he's all that. Like I said, real annoying.

As for the IP Address, it doesn't come up on my favorites or if i search for it.
