she needs to find out why the PC is still not booting. I told her to change memory, PSU, and GPU. Still no boot. Something is going on here.

I'm hoping its nothign more than poorly seated RAM

i had the SAME exact problem once, i found out it was cuz i had my integrated video card enabled AND my new graphics card plugged in, you HAVE to disable (not uninstall! or you're only making it harder on your self if you ever need it again) the integrated card

You dont have to disable your integrated video card. But if the thing boot up something might have blown.

i googled around and found that it was because of having two active video cards on at once, a 6100 and an 8600
