She said that she ran a virus scan, and it said there werent any virsus. So yea. I don't know what the problem is :/

download the file, and run it. Use the log and process it via that website. It could be "hidden" if its bad, go through and tick them off and then fix selected.

Anyone know a good program that finds hidden viruses?

lol Her brother (whos 10) fixed the computer

The computer was off so when he turned it on he pressed F10 which is recovery or something, and now her computer is way fasted, but she has to re-download everything I think.
