I bought a new headset and the mic wont work and some settings keep on changing all the time...

The headsetmodel is Trust HS-6400

help plz...

Looks a lot like mine.

Do you have a 5.1 Sound Card? If so, make sure your drivers are updated by checking the brand name's website driver's page.

If not, try to update any drivers for the headphones you can find. Sometimes they come with an application, on a disc, with the headphones. If not, check Trust's website for any drivers for your Model#.

If you cant find any of these, or if you do and it doesn't help, go buy a 5.1 sound card for 20-30$, pop it in, install and update the drivers the same way as above, and then you should have an application where you can edit the sound of your new headphones to their full capacity.
