Lexi, try going into game, and options, voice, and press the test button where you can hear yourself. Talk and it will repeat back your voice, if you hear the buzz, turn the volume down some, test, keep doing this until your voice gets softer, then turn it up a tiny bit.
This will give you the best mic settings. For some reason once you get to a certain level, CZ cuts you off, like wont let you get any louder, they clip your mic. So what happens is when you talk your voice sounds loud enough for us, but may be set way too loud, so it is picking up all the ambient noises in your room, even your computer fan, etc, then you turn it down, you dont sound any softer, but all the background noises go away
