my cl_rates are not working i cannot set them is their any reason why? when i try to set it this is what it says:

] cl_rate 30
cl_rate: Maximum 0.000000, Minimum 0.0000

You are not supposed to touch cl_rate (by the way, mine is 9999.00000)

you are only supposed to set these (these are my numbers)
rate 30000
cl_cmdrate 60
cl_updaterate 60
