Hey,

Im thinking about upgrading my computer what I got @ Christmas. Just like the graphics card, memory, etc.

But I just wanna know, is it really worth doing?

here are the current specs for my computer -

Processor - Intel (R) Core(TM) 2 Duo CPU E6750 @ 2.66GHz (2CPUs)
Memory - 2048MB RAM
Hard drive - 320GB
Graphics - NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT

Not sure if theres anything else to put up there...

But, yeah. Is it worth upgrading?

You are good to go, the 8600gt is kinda weak though, besides that, there is no reason to upgrade anything else.

8600gt = 8,640mt/s 22.4gb/x
9600gt = 20,000mt/s 57.6gb/s ($160)
8800gts 512 = 41,000mt/s 57.6gb/s ($210)

Make sure to get the 8800GTS 512mb (aka g92)

The 512 is the G92 processor, the 8800gts320 and 640 cards are the old g80 chip (and only 24000mt/s vs the g92's 41000), so yes, the 512 is MUCH better than the 640card

u have over 2times more ram than me ur vid. cards like 20x better(seriously) and ur processer blows mine away... i hate u D:
