Yes, i have another problem. This time, i've tried lots of stuff to fix my problem, but nothing seems to work or make sense (and no this isn't about the new, yet hilarious, South Park episode). Here's my problem. My Internet Explorer Doesn't work anymore. I can play Online games like Counter-Strike and WoW(yes, WoW), and it says my connection to the internet is great. When i open IE, it says that it cannot display the page. IE works on all the other computers in my house except mine. I've looked on Yahoo! Answers, and tried some of the resolutions, but they didn't work. I tried unplugging and replugging the modem and router, unplugging and replugging my wireless, restarting my computer, and even system restore, but none of that worked. I've come to the conclusion that 1. I've gotten a wierd virus, or 2.My IE is broken or something and i need to reinstall it somehow. Any help would be great, thanks! Edit*I went to the Windows Support website (on my dad's computer which I am using right now) and tried a couple things. First thing-I went to Start/Run sfc/scannow = Still doesn't work. Second-I went to Start/Run %systemroot%\inf, then looked for a file it told me to look for, which i couldn't find so.. Still doesn't work Hope it helps narrow down the choices that i do not yet know. |

I can't get firefox because my internet isn't working, plus if i did my dad would get even more pissed at me. He thinks Counter-Strike gave me a virus or something. He specifically told me not to install anything else. (i probably would if i could) |

Put firefox onto a disc without him knowing. My parents banned me from the game as they thought that's what mucked up the computer before. |

go to tool, internet options, content, content advisor is anything enabled? your parents may have a internet content filter on your computer. |

If they enabled content advisor, a pop-up would come up asking for a password. I also know how to delete the password because my parents have done it numerous times before. And Storm, i don't know how to reinstall, i've been trying to figure out how to. |

Download it from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx Copy it onto a flash drive or an ipod,mp3 player... and just install it on your pc. |

Uninstall, i guess you know how to do that (?) then follow the link that sword gave you, install it to harddrive. |

Check that your firewall isn't it blocking it. |
