Ok, if you are going to try to start doing things, keep these numbers in mind
CPUv less than 1.4
NB less than 1.6 (should not even need 1.4 for a dual core)
Set ram to 2.0 and leave it there
Keep vtt below 1.35 (should not even need but 1.2 or 1.1 on a dual)
Download this program:

Open it, then hit ok
Let it run for 24hrs, if it passes 24 hours then you are stable, if it fails, you need to add more voltage to something.
Like I said before, get chris to send you his 4.0ghz settings and you can work up from there.
