NORMALLY I have my basic console set with:

Cl_cmdrate 30
rate 25000
cl_updaterate 30

Right now, my cl_cmdrate and cl_update rate are both stuck on 101, and it wont let me change them. Everytime I exit out of console and come back in, it changes back to 101.

Any advice?

Maybe change it via your config.cfg file in your czero folder (open with notepad)

and make sure its not set as read only when u edit, otherwise it wont make a difference.

Yup, that did it. I added what I wanted to the autoexe.cfg and it work fine.
