Alright i was wondering if their was away to make my own System Restore Disks since I dont know where mine are is their away to get to it through the control panel or something? because afew months ago it was giving me an option to make my own system restore disk by inserting blank disk but i dont get that notice anymore so i was just wondering how to get their again... if that makes sense

an fyi, you can just do starts - all programs - accessories - system tools - system restore and go back to the VERY first day you had the comp and restore it to that, makes your comp good as new, but i have no idea how to make a disc, i always keep my disc next to my comp

Once in the System Restore Window where do i go though? i dont have any checkpoints or anything

I relize that but i want to delete everything like using the disk to make it work like it was brand new thats what im saying im not going to make a checkpoint and restore it to where its previous stage 5minutes back lol

lol mine creates checkpoints everyday, i don't really need a disc, even w/ the disc it wouuld delete everything but make the comp brand new, system restore is the same thing, except you can go back to whenever you want, i don't see why you have only 1 checkpoint, that's weird lol
