| Post subject: | CZ and 1.6 Locking Up |
For the past 2-3 days my Condition Zero keeps locking up. It loads up fine but, when I join a server it sometimes only goes 3 bars into establishing network connection and sometime makes it to verifying ....... I already re-installed 1.6 and CZ. I have no idea what to do next and this is really annoying. - thanks in advance. |

delete both clientregistry.blob (in steam folder) and config.cfg (in czero folder) |

Dust out your computer, making sure the CPU fan is clear (may be overheating). Run a full checkdisk start run cmd chkdsk /r y restart (be aware this could take hours to run, so let it run overnight or something). |

Open steam, click "my games" is cz 100% - ready??? Cause it will do the same if it is not ready.... if so, leave cz closed and steam opened, until it hits 100% |

this happen to me.. i think does it load up to establishing network then crash? if so look up some tutorials on google.. remember (SLI: Google's your friend) xD |

Google was the first place I went to. It goes 3 bars into establishing network connection and then does nothing, I am forced to ctrl - alt - del and end hl.exe process |

Turn off your firewall, tehn start the game. |

hmm it took me one week to figure out.. i tried all advices then i reinstalled steam like 10 tiems and worked for me turn off firewall>uninstall stean>install steam>turn on firewall i guess it will work im not sure |
