dude, okay, im upset, i think i got hacked, i cant login to the steam application and when i put in my username and/or email to retrieve a new password it doesnt work, i never get the email... i can still login to the steam community website but thats it, when i send for a lost password it says the email is not found... any help is appreciated cause until i get it back... i cant play steam period.. <(O_o)> *sigh* |

Goto steam's support page I'm sure they can help you if you provide proof of purchase. Seems like someone messed up with your account. Register on the support page and then you'll find a guide on how to retrieve a stolen account, just start a ticket and wait a few days for the reply. Good luck. For god's sake dont enter your steam information on any website or give out your account details to anyone, I'm quite sure thats how it got stolen in the first place. Seems to be happening to a lot of folks lately... |
