system, explorer, rundll32 and lsass often jumps to 50 or higher when i play games which makes my cpu spike to 100% and cause lag forcing me to restart the game. It's really annoying and it pisses me off. Is there anyway I can stop it from doing this.

Run Malwarebytes Malware removal tool kit.

Check to make sure that those aren't viruses running under legitimate processes names.

did you run it in safe mode?

Post subject:

I would, but safe mode disables the fingerprint scanner and I can't believe I forgot my login pw for xp :x
