Actually that psu only has 1 more amp on each of the 12v rails (34 vs 36 total) and that's the most important number in modern computers, watts means nothing anymore, 12v rail amps is where its at, and coolermaster is a piece of crap that burns of fast. Antec makes the best value PSU's out there, the earthwatts 380 is known for being super reliable and able to run a GTX 260 just fine (requires 30). Just read the reviews yourself.

That being said, in a few years if she wanted to upgrade she could, the point of this is she is running a 9600gso (only requires 24 amps) and an efficient pc, and wants to go as cheap as possible but as high quality as possible for the price, if I started changing everything for the "just slightly better" parts, her $580 pc will suddenly be 680 or 780 and thats just out of the question.
