top left and right

comes up on alot of my steam games well anything made by valve...

tried deleting my registry but its still there

wtf is it??

its really annoying.

It's xfire mate. Just open it up like you would for a game and go to the bottom and click around till you find the settings. You can take off the time and fps frames there.
