Like storm said, but more detailed.

1. Shut off computer.
2. Turn on computer.
3. Based on the kind of computer you have look at the booting screen their should be something like F8 = boot menu.
4. Once you find the boot menu key and press it you go into your computers boot menu.
5. Use the Up and Down Keys to go to Safe mode.
6. Press enter to make the computer start up in Safe Mode.
7. When it asks for a name type in Administrator and press enter.
8. Go to Control Panel then go to the XP account on the comp and press remove password.
9. Restart the computer and the account with administration rights will have no password.
10. Give my fingers a massage after typing this whole guide.
