Post subject:  video mode help
I went to some server and it has a different scoutz scope. When I came back to the pub, the scope still was there. The original scope for scoutz never came back. Bob tried to solve the issue but it didn't work out. He told me to go to Video, change the mode to OpenGL, and fix my resolution. When I tried that, windows said that "Video mode change failure" I tried DED mode and the scope of the scoutz is completely invisible. There is no crosshair and not even the red dot.

Re-installing wont work because 1. my pc freezes whenever I try to reinstall with the installation cd and 2. If i try to reinstall from steam, the settings are still the same. Nothing will change.

Any ideas on how I could fix this issue? Its really annoying me because the new scope on the scoutz is really hard to aim with.

In console type "crosshair 1" without the quotes.
