so i have a 30/4 package but here are my results currently

how can i fix this? i've restarted modem/computer, i'm also lagging like crazy in-game

oh my god, here are my results now...i think i am capped, well, i'm done dling

edit: i thought being capped was permanent...guess not, i just went over my monthly download, so i'll wait a month, and i don't think i'll be playing CZ till then cuz it's very frusturating lol

edit x2: i checked 2 other comps in my house, they have a slow connectiong too, but mine is faster, idk if i'm capped or if there's a problem with verizon

ok well, i checked, and fios does NOT cap, i've checked a few forums, people upload/download 600GB - 1TB a month and they are never asked to tone it down (ahahahah stormz what now), stork told me it could be my fibre cable or it's just them

i SHOULD be dling at that speed but i dl at about 400 - 550 kbps for some reason. dunno how to make it work properly :(

once i started dling at 1.1 MB. i was so happy. then the download finished. D:
