i just got a 256 installed in my shit computer to bring it to about 700 mb. even with my 3 ghz processor, CZ still lags. it stays at a constant 20 fps and the video card sux, but it is good enough to play this game. any suggestions?

maybe you did fps_max 20?

try setting it higher.

it can occasionally jump to about 40 to 50 w/ areas of little detail. buts thats about it

Yes kill it a fun way. Shoot it with a 2 3/4 in 12 ga. shotgun! That's what I call fun.
