Recently, i been noticing that my latency goes up and down. First i thought it was because someone was downloading or streaming on the network, but i checked no one was. Now im wondering if its a virus or something. anyone know a good program to check this(free of course xD).

Ok so i scanned everythin using avg but it still havent solved the problem. I noticed the lag isnt always consistence it will go up and then back down. So now im wondering if theres possibly a backdoor open to my internet.
