I keep getting kicked from servers and it says "Reliable Channel Overflowed". What does that mean and how can I fix it?

Happens to me when my connection is capped. Try adjusting your rates

rate 20000-25000
cl_updaterate 60-80
cl_cmdrate 60-80

Location: Up North where the POLAR Bears ARE
Whenver that happens to me I delete that .blob file and it gets fixed

I have 2 .blob files. One is AppUpdateStats.blob and one is ClientRegistry.blob.

delete the clientregistry.blob (don't do this until someone verifies or if you saw it on the steam site) My memory has gone bad lol
