Trying jailbreaking again but put it to DFU Mode. Stop from there and then try restoring in iTunes if it shows up.

lol nub, they will probably say you tried to jailbreak it and that's against their warranty policy. It's pretty damn easy to take out of that apple logo...

I suggest you give your iPod to your friend. I can't think of anything else.

NO NO NO NO!!!! Don't listen to them ROMO. I have to much experience with Itouches and Iphones to know it is now IMPOSSIBLE to brick your Iphone/Itouch. All you need to do is force restore it. Search Force restore Itouch and 100's of guides will come up on google.

Btw.... I know that you failed really hard but this fact is not generally known.

The new MacBooks 2008 and newer cannot be used to jailbreak any ipods because it will recognize it and from the background fuck it up. So keep that in mind next time you are jailbreaking. Make sure your using a windows or older macbook or non book.

Force Restore has to work. There is like 3 ways of trying it and all three have worked for me. I suggest going to like 5 different sites and trying each method twice before thinking that the phone is fucked. Glad to help.

Did you try to reformat it? I know that on my shitpod it does it sometimes and I just reformat it. But I don't know about those shitphones. The funny thing is that when I treat it like crap it works fine all the time. No matter how hard it hits the ground or it gets hit on something it WON'T break. I can't wait for that piece of crap to break so I can buy something that's not apple.

He couldn't shut it off. it has happened to me before. The way to do it is holding the power button for more than 15 seconds.
