Just because I was high in high school and never payed
attention in English is why I can't type very complicated sentences.

I just try to organize it so its easy to read now.

well Godz, to help you on your little problem. i have had that similar problem in the past multiple times... soo the only thing i learned is that there's nothing you can do. you have to wait that shit out. changing rates for me didn't work nor did reinstalling steam worked. it's possibly something taking alot of CPU in your process tab in Task Manager so you can check there if you want. anyways, hope for the best.

Fuck, i knew that was coming. I guess I'll suck it up, however not for long, getting a faster internet connections , 16 Mbps instead of 10 and a 120 GiB Bandwidth... SWEET
