What do you guys think of the Dell Cyber Monday Laptop Deals? After being dissapointed for not getting the laptop i wanted on black friday i thought I'd try my luck with Cyber Monday and the deals don't seem all that bad. How does everyone else feel, do you think the laptops dell is selling a good deal or should one just wait till the end of the quarter?

Anything from dell that could match up to those stats for something close to that price I will consider getting.

I recommend not going with a laptop, since they are much more overpriced. For the price of a good laptop you can have an amazing computer and a standard laptop. Also I wouldn't say that laptop is a steal, but it was a good deal.

Also, if you aren't looking for a gaming computer, and rather a laptop to use for personal use (aim/browsing/watching videos), I reccomend the toshiba satellite series. I have had mine for a long time and the only problem I've had was with the cooling, it gathered to much dust and I just air canned it out. I'll look for a good deal real quick.

He already has a good gaming computer and is searching for a decent laptop. The laptop he is looking at has better specs that the one carbon posted and is far cheaper.

FAIL...you say laptops are overpriced yet you link a 600$ POS.. i built my comp for less than 600 and its a lot better than that....


anyways...

ill check back around xmas time hopefully be able to snag a good deal

Sorry about that.... I was just posting the first thing I saw with a non 4500 video card. The radeon 4200 on the laptop is better than the 4500.

I didn't look at the price.
