What kind of mouse do you use now?

I was using the standard Microsoft blue mouse for years. The mouse fits my hand perfect, they have stuck with this shape in their higher end mice for years. I bought razer lachesis, which was supposed to be one of the best mice out there (best lazer, highest dpi, full adjustable), but I hated the shape of it, never could get used to it. So I bought a razer deathadder on woot for like 20 bucks, which was a copy of Microsoft's intellimouse, fits my hand perfect.

So what kind of mouse you get depends on how you hold it, do you set your hand on top, with your thumb hanging or on top of the mouse, or do you use your thumb and little finger to grip both sides of the mouse?

I have my thumb and finger low down on the sides.

Do they touch the mouse (like not squeeze hard, but have a slight grip), or do they just hang off the edge?

I have the lachessis, I guess it's just preference - considering I don't think I could ever switch back to a normal mouse. So does PePTo - and maybe Vexed, I think? I LOVE Razer gear, most of it is a little on the expensive side - but you get what you pay for. I've been using the same mouse and keyboard for years, and both work just as well as the day I got them. + they look slick.

Yeah, my hand just did not fit the Lachesis well, I read up on how to hold it, and set it up for low movement/high sensitivity but it was just uncomfortable for me. So yeah, its purely preference. Which is why I like razer so much, they have a mouse for everyone.

Personally, I would recommend you the G5 mouse.
