I'm trying to set up the latest software but everytime I agree to the terms and crap it says that I need an active internet connect...

I'm already connected to the internet tho :/

Got Zune software downloaded....buttt, it doesn't recognize the zune :/

Just doesn't work :(

First of all, Do you own a zune player? and if so, the zune software doesn't recognize it?

Yes, I got a zune yesterday. When ever it tries to update the zune it says that it isn't connected to the internet

make sure that there is not a firewall blocking it.

I think that you need to port forward it. I checked for the port online with no avail. Try calling your ISP so you can access your router, then check to see if your NAT is enabled.

I called Zune Customer Service

For some reason the user acc. I'm on on my computer won't let me connect to the marketplace on Zune...but the Lady from Zune said to make a new User acc. with admin and somehow I can connect to it lol


I have to switch users if I want to download something off their marketplace
