So I was on my computer late last night and I went to the kitchen to get a water and I come back to my computer shut-off and not turning back on? I'm hoping that this is a PSU problem, but I'm not sure because when I unplug the back cord and replug it I get a very very faint light on one of the LED fans on the side of the case, but it only flashes really quick then turns back off, anyone have an idea how this happened? I'm pretty sure that it was a PSU problem because when I purchased my comp from cyberpower they told me that I should upgrade my PSU, but I didn't because I didn't have the money for another name brand, and I didn't wanna downgrade my video card. If it is a PSU problem instead of my CPU or mobo how easy is it to change out a PSU? Also what are some good PSU's I was looking on newegg and so far this is what I found that looks decent, and my I'm trying to go for something thats cheap, but yet reliable. Ohh and also I always kept my computer well maintained. I rarely left it on for more than a day, and my rooms always somewhere between 65-85 so I know something didn't overheat and break like my last computer hdd did.

PC Specs:
Gigabyte MA77OT-UD3P Mobo
AMD Athlon II X2 250 3.0ghz
500 GB SATA II 3.0 GB 16MB 7200RPM
2GB DDR3 PC3 PC1333
Zotac nVidia 9800GT 1GB DDR3 PCI-E
Basic 420w PSU

PSU's are hit and miss, so I would look at the reviews, I would never buy one that had bad reviews.

Sign up for the newegg newsletter/sales shit, they have great deals every day on PSU's. I normally buy from Corsair, OCZ, or Antec (for cheaper ones). Corsair makes some of the best, most reliable PSU's on the market, but the prices are typically a few bucks more, but they use a single rail design which is superior to multi-rails.

Of that list ^ I personally know of 3 people with the 650w version, one person is running a overclocked quad core with dual graphic cards on that psu:

A power supply is easy to change, you just unplug everything, remove 4 screws, put the new one in, and plug everything up.

Also, your board:

It supports the Phenom II x6 processor (and a good chance on the next gen 8 core next year) so if you ever want to upgrade your cpu from a dual, to a quad, 6, or 8 core in a few years, it would be a cheap awesome upgrade. Any of these chips will fit your computer:
