Well I need a new video card for my computer. The model # of my computer is hpe-120f.
I'm looking to spend under $200 with shipping and I want it to be a direct install and come with the driver's CD.
I appreciate any recommendations.

GTX 460, came out last week, dollar for dollar the best card out. But... the 1gb version runs around $220-230, the 768mb version runs under 200 but is weaker.

This is the exact one I ordered last week and am installing in about 1 hr:

I believe I'm going to get http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6814500168.
Whats the difference between the 1 gig and the 768mb? Will I need to order anything else and is it a normal video card install?

If you have to get the $200 one, get one that is overclocked:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6814125334

If you can spend the extra 30, you get 25% more memory, 25% more memory bandwidth (192bit vs 256bit, 1/4 faster memory), and an extra ROP unit enabled (24 vs 32, which equates to 16gp/s vs 21gp/s). So the extra 30 gives you like 10% better performance, and will give you more than that on higher end games, plus 1gb is needed for newer stuff. If you 100% cant afford the extra $30, no biggie, still a great card.

My power supply is pushing 300W so I'm going to buy http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6817171053, and the 1 gig GTX 460.

My case isn't big enough so I,m just going to build a computer from scratch when I get the money.
