Post subject:  BSOD RQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Ive been getting BSOD with that message every so often lately I thought it was because I was running bit torrent because it only did it when I had that running but now its doing it with games too I dont understand what this problem is. It only Crashed when I was doing the activity's I said above so its not all the time.

what does it mean? any help?

First look on your motherboard for any blown caps:

No and there is no other obv physical damage either

I think thats how you check them in XP? cant work out how to check them

Start-Run: cmd (press enter)
chkdsk (press enter)
let that run for like 2 minutes
chkdsk /r (press enter, then Y and enter again)
let that run, could take a hour.

If that doesnt fix it, its either hardware or software:
Hardware (kinda hard to test):
-Remove all but 1 stick of RAM, test it out, if it still crashes, take that stick out, and put another stick in another slot, test.
-Test with a spare PSU
Software:
-Download Microsoft security essentials, run a full scan, same for malwarebytes.
-reinstall windows with the recovery disk your computer came with.
