Since I first started playing LoL, Ive had in game graphic problems, which was the reason I didnt give the game a shot the very first time I downloaded it. In game, all the terrain is black and I cant see anything besides Champions, Minions, and turrets. All I see is a bunch of people running around on a black field with invisible obstacles... The only way I can see anything is if I put my mouse over a spell, which then lights up everything that needs to be lit up. Here is a video of my problem:

I've tried screwing with my settings and the only solution I found was turning on "fast terrain", but you have much less visibility on your surroundings and it doesn't move the same way as when you have fast terrain turned off. I've also reinstalled the game and tried 3 different monitors. Any help and advice would be awesome and really improve my game experience, Thanks!
