Looks like you are going to have to send it back to me for me to replace your motherboard: http://techreport.com/discussions.x/20326 http://techreport.com/discussions.x/20337 http://techreport.com/discussions.x/20329 http://techreport.com/discussions.x/20327 The Chipset (MCH, northbridge, whatever you want to call it), has a transistor bug, where they used a low power transistor, but put high power to it, causing it to degrate over time. This transistor is in the section that handles your hard drive data, which is most likely the source of your issues. Once they fix this issue we can replace the board, then I will use your computer for a week or so to make sure that there are no more issues. Intel failed hard on this one, will cost them hundreds of millions... Edit: This is not a for sure thing that this is what is wrong with yours, but now you have to send me your computer because of this, so I will get all your issues fixed regardless. We can try moving your SATA cable to another port tonight, and it may fix your issues for now, until we replace the board. |

It seems that the computer is working fine but yeah, you know more about computers than I do! Usually if I watch something on hulu before I go to bed, it crashes, but it was fine when I woke up this morning. What a fail intel....what a fail... |
