Went for the Evga 670, and it's pretty awesome. Notice the difference, without a doubt... Unfortunately, I didn't realise until it was in my computer that it has 1x Dvi-I and one DVI-D.

I only have adapters for DVI-I to VGA, so currently using one screen until I can get a DVI-D to VGA adapter. Extremely glad I went for this card though!

Wow, that was quick, did you just go to a store to get it?

Also VGA??... does your monitor not have a DVI port!?

Yeah, Novatech is about 15-30 minutes away from me, so I popped down after work and bought it.

Nope, unfortunately my screens only have power input and then the VGA connection (I had two adapters with my old GPU with DVI to VGA adapters)... I could buy new screens, but then I'd be looking at £400 for two or so, and that way I've spent £700 straight up. Something that I'd need to think about.

Looking around at the adapters, seem to be quite pricey.

Edit: Looking around at screens, i've found a nice 24" screen for £130~ so two would only set me back £300 which I'm okay-ish about... Then with this screen I can connect one screen HDMI > HDMI and one DVI-I > HDMI.

Do your screens match? If not, you could always sell/donate one to a friend, and then just buy one more monitor, and DVI to the new, and vga (with adapter) to your old (secondary) monitor.

I am sorry about that, it didn't cross my mind.

Yes, they do match... They're quite good screens, so what I think I'll do is sell them both for as much as I can, and I have 2 other screens I need to sell, so I should be able to pay for new screens. It might not necessarily be paying that much money, so I might be able to go for two 27" screens.

No, don't be! I usually check it over myself before I purchase! I shouldn't have rushed into purchasing.
