People do that all the time in Europe. It pisses me off to no end. In Belgium it's legal to move between cars like that in traffic if you're on a motorcycle. He's lucky I wasn't on that road. Everytime I see people do that I always drive on the lane stripes so they can't pass, then they have to wait to change into a different lane to go around me. I've been flipped off so many times doing that in which case I just point and laugh making it clearly visible. The great thing is that if I ever get hit doing that I won't be held accountable.

so whats the law on driving on other side of the road let alone on the double yellow line lolol but thats crazy why would their be a law saying its ok to drive inbetween cars

Reckless driver: yes!

When you operate a motor vehicle in such a way that other drivers don't have time to react to your driving, it's reckless.

I guarantee you if that happened like it just did in the U.S. and he was caught, he would not only just receive very expensive tickets he would receive a mandatory court appearance, and be taken to jail. Most states consider 20MPH over the speed limit reckless.

@Ghost: That's driving against traffic flow when you drive on the other side like that. Yes, it's legal over here to drive between cars but only when they are stopped or slow moving and you can "safely" maneuver between them.
