some guy at tysons (mall) acts like he's deaf or something and he goes around asking for change and he says he's jobless and junk, and then one day we saw him talking to the cashiers at mcdonalds perfectly normally like a douche bag

Yeah by my house there's these "homeless people" that have ipods that they listen to while holding signs saying how poor they are.
