Something like this happened to me when I went to rehoboth beach. Me and my friends we were waiting under a gazebo when this old guy comes out of nowhere with a ridiculous hat and a shirt that said old fart. His shirt was making farting noises and he just stood there looking at us and mumble something. Last thing I heard him said was "sure is hot" while making farting noises. Lots of wtf were had.
