Well the admins should NOT be the ones doing it, and is grounds for admin removal.

Curious question.

Is this rule still valid?

I've just banned someone, and he came back on a different account saying that I can't ban him because everyone plays music, not just him. He said that admins still play music, and so do Splak members.

I know one or two names, but I just want to figure this out.

Yes, no music in the pub. Give 1 warning, then ban.

If members are breaking this rule, they should start looking for a new clan to join, because if I catch them they are out.

so they can play normal music because i told a guy to quit playing music he said no its not hlss and i asked auto twice and he just ignored me.

music through a mic is worse than hlss. If you must blast music for everyone else to hear, go do it somewhere else and do not have a splak tag on.
